What supplies do you provide for cleaning?
We provide all cleaning supplies except; a vacuum, and a toilet bowl brush for sanitary reasons. If requested these items can be provided for an additional charge. If there are special products you would like to use we have no issue using your products if you provide them.
How long have you been in service?
We have been in service throughout the Fox Valley for the past 8 years.
What should we do with our pets while you are cleaning?
We have no problem working with pets in your home. We understand they are family as well and you know them the best. It is your judgment of their behavior while we are there cleaning. If they are low tempered they can be out. For high energy or aggressive pets we would ask for them to be in a safe area.
How do I schedule cleaning?
We always like to meet with you and see what your needs are. We believe that each person’s needs are different and want to design a clean that fits your needs, your families’ needs, and your house’s or business needs.
Can I be home while you are there cleaning?
Absolutely! We work comfortable with or without you in your home. If you are home we will work around you while we are there.
How do you get into my house?
Anyway you are comfortable with. We use garage codes or keys. Depending on what you feel better with but both are kept in a security box that is locked up. The keys are checked out only on the cleaning days and checked back in at the end of cleaning. They are returned to the security box by management and locked back up.
